1 large salmon filet
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place salmon on a foil-lined pan. Season with salt and pepper
and sprinkle on hot sauce to taste. Baste salmon with 1/2 c jam and cover with foil.
Bake 15 minutes or until salmon reaches desired temperature. Remove from oven and
brush with additional jam.
