4 Kielbasa links
2 celery stalks chopped
1 onion diced
2 c of chicken broth
½ c Emily G's Apple Pie Jam
Drizzle a sauce pan with olive oil and add onion, and celery. Sauté until soft and then place the kielbasa, chicken broth and jam in the pan. Cover with a lid and let simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Great served with mashed cauliflower.
