  • 1 bag of sugar cookie mix or 1 tube of refrigerated dough

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese

  • 1/3 c granulated sugar

  • 2 T milk

  • ½ t vanilla extract

  • 1-2 t lemon or lime juice

  • 1 ½ T Emily G’s Triple Berry Jam

  • various washed fruits – raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, & strawberries

  • fresh mint for wreath garnish


Cover large pizza pan with parchment paper. Preheat your oven according to cookie directions. If using cookie mix make according to directions. Spread your cookie dough evenly on the pan and in the shape of pizza and bake. Use small bowl to cut out center of wreath while just out of oven. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla, juice and jam together. Once the cookie has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Arrange fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture. Add fresh mint for garnish.dd Directions
